Refund Policy

We Stand Behind Our Work

If our software produces an error in your filing package — like a missing required field, an invalid character, or a misformatted answer — we will issue a full refund. We want you to feel confident submitting your forms.

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through the FormSnake platform are final. Because our service generates completed government forms and filing packages based on information you provide, the product is delivered immediately upon generation and cannot be “returned.”

2. When We Issue Refunds

Refunds are available only when a filing package contains a demonstrable software error in the form-filling process that materially affects the usability of the completed forms. Examples include:

  • Data you entered correctly was placed in the wrong field on the generated PDF
  • Pages or sections of the form are missing from the filing package
  • The generated PDF is corrupt or cannot be opened

Refunds are not available for:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information you provided
  • Changes in government form requirements after your package was generated
  • Rejection of forms by any government agency
  • Change of mind or no longer needing the forms

3. Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests received after 30 days will not be honored.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@formsnake.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The order number
  • A description of the software error, including screenshots if possible

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Amount

Any refund shall be limited to the full amount paid for the specific filing package in question. We do not issue partial refunds.

7. Relationship to Terms of Service

This Refund Policy supplements Section 8 (“Payment and Refunds”) of our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall govern.
